STAALMEESTER 2121 Hammermills.
The 2121 produces affordable stock feeds. This is a dust-free hammermill with an adjustable closing plate and comfortable feeding tray to provide low cost milling.
This hammermill is powered by diesel, petrol or electrical, it has a v-belt drive fitted with safety covers and no blowers which means an effective 360º milling area.

STAALMEESTER 6116 (6116 HM) - Paddle or Flail type Hammermills,
is dust free and has an adjustable closing plate and a large sturdy access door.
It outperforms the small rotor, paddle or flail type hammermills that are available.
6116 Hammermill is available in 4 models, all 4 models are available in:
electrically driven 11 kw motor, diesel or by a PTO.
They are as follows:
- 6116,
- 6116/18 (dust free mill),
- 6116 RS (rotor and cyclone) and
- 6116 IRS (infeed auger, rotor and cyclone).
Housed in a heavy all welded rotor housing the 6116 rotor runs smoothly and effortlessly.
The dynamically balanced rotor is fitted with 8 heat treated hammers and 4 hardened rods ensuring high quality ground material.
With 2 heavy duty bearings, three v-belts and a nickle chrome steel shaft
this hammermill has low maintenance costs and is suitable to mill any type
of material.

STAALMEESTER 6776 (6776 HM) Hammermills.
Available in diesel, electrical and pto models, on wheels or on a frame.
The 6776 is a multi-purpose heavy duty hammermill and easily comparable to any industrial hammermill currently on the market. The enormous feeding tray handles anything from square bales, shelled maize, maize on the cob to maize stalks. The adjustable closing plate matches the amount of maize you wish to be milled with the kW available. A large diameter auger feeds material evenly through to the rotor housing aperture. An outstanding characteristic is the sophisticated intake auger on the rotor axle, which eliminates breaking up of bales and primitive manual intake.

STAALMEESTER Harvester Hammermills.
The harvester head is bolted to the mill. Unscrew it and you have the ordinary mill grinder. Crops that grow in rows such as mealies, sorghum, sunflower, etc. can be processed rapidly. The robust maize head makes the crop flow evenly into the machine with the minimum of wear and consequently less maintenance.

Staalmeester Pick up Hammermill
The pick up unit is bolted to the standard 6776 Record Hammermill and specially designed for South African conditions. Unscrew the gathering unit and you have an ordinary mill. Material such as Lucerne, grass, sugar cane, peanut hay, wheat straw and maize stalks can pick up from the swath effortlessly and milled to your specifications.
