The HJ 4 Wood Chipper
Heavy duty wood chipper – Disc chipper
The Junkkari HJ 4 is manufactured in Finland. The smallest in the range, this chipper with its 3-blade rotor is ideal for chipping wood with small side branches.
It has a hydraulic in feed roller, which makes the work lighter. The disc blades can be adjusted for the required woodchip size. Max wood diameter 100cm, power required 10-35 kW, rev’s 540 – 1000 rpm. Chips uniformly and chip sizes can be adjusted.

The HJ 5 Wood Chipper
The HJ 5 Wood Chipper with adjustable horizontal feed roller and chip lenght meets the need of most contractors and governmental agencies.
With 46 k\w it produces up to 20m3/hour, with a max diameter of 170mm, and is available on three point, or on wheels. PTO driven by tractor or on a frame, diesel or electrically driven.

The HJ 10 Wood Chipper
The HJ 10 with Maximum feed diameter of 250 mm and adjustable feed roller speed, can produce up to 25m3/hour with a power requirement of up to 55 kw.
PTO driven by tractor or on a frame, diesel or electrically driven.
The chip length can be adjusted and the HJ 10 is for the serious farmer, contractor or governmental agencies.

The HJ 260 GT Wood Chipper
The HJ 260 is Junkkari's direct-feed chipper with extremely high woodchip quality.
Also, the blowing power grows with speed, which is useful when chipping e.g. sticks.
The HJ 260 chipper is available as G and GT models.
The G model has a feed system that is run by the tractor's hydraulics and requires one pressure side block from the tractor and one return. The output needed by the hydraulics is 20 l/min, and pressure a minimum of 140 bar.
The GT is equipped with a feeding device with its own hydraulics tank and pump. It takes its power from the tractor's output.
The hydraulic feeding device holds tightly to the material to be chipped. The feed roller moves the wood towards the blade disk, which cuts the wood one chip off at a time. The resulting woodchips are pushed via the blade openings to the blow wings and out through the discharge chute.
The HJ 260 chipper can be accessorised with loader feeding equipment, which include:
- infeed chute that withstands load feeding
- No-Stress rotation guard
- electric controller for tractor cabin with:
- electronic turning of discharge chute and visor
- feed roller control
- No-stress setting
The chipper installs onto the tractor's 3-point linkage. The installing and detaching is quick and easy.
