Warranty & Spares

We have a good reputation in maintaining our products locally and abroad. On our own brand name products we carry a 6 month guarantee on all parts manufactured by Staalmeester and a 12 month guarantee on all imported products.

We stock approximately R 2.8 million worth of spare parts and these parts comprise mainly of:

1. Fast moving spare parts 70%
2. Slow moving spare parts 20%
3. Very slow moving spare parts 10%

Normally we use Couriers to do our deliveries and for urgent orders we use various freight agents locally and abroad.
